Mustang Student-Athletes Host Successful American Red Cross Blood Drive

DETROIT, Mich. – On Wednesday, April 5th, the Marygrove College Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) hosted an American Red Cross blood drive. Student-athletes, coaches, faculty/staff, and families came to volunteer.

The Mustangs SAAC is comprised of student-athletes from each athletic program at Marygrove College who meet monthly to initiate student-athlete involvement on campus and in the Detroit community. The Marygrove College SAAC is led and ran by student-athletes Hailey Brandes (JR/Southgate, MI) and Ashley Murphy (SR/Southfield, MI).

The American Red Cross will return once again in the fall of next year.
