Mustangs Lose Series Against Concordia Cardinals

UTICA, Mich. – The Marygrove College baseball team faced Concordia University-Ann Arbor Cardinals this weekend in a three-game series and lost each contest.

GAME ONE (LOSS 15-3):

OVERALL-

The Mustangs (5-22, 4-10 WHAC) found themselves down early and were unable to battle back. At the mound, they struggled giving up 14 hits. At the plate, the Mustangs earned nine hits and scored three runs.

The Mustangs (5-22, 4-10 WHAC) trailed early down 5 runs in the second inning. Juan Ventura was the only life the team would have after he hit a solo homerun.
