Richie Velez || Mustang Player of the Week

DETROIT, Mich. – The Marygrove College baseball team’s senior infielder Richie Velez (SR/Chicago, IL) has been named the Mustang Player of the Week!

Velez dominated at the plate in the three-game series against Indiana Institute of Technology this past weekend. He currently leads the Mustangs in multiple hitting categories including Batting Average (.422), Homeruns (4), Slugging % (.733), On Base % (.567).
