GENERAL OVERVIEW
Wellness Services provides health education, health promotion, and increased access to personal physical fitness through Marygrove’s fitness center. The lobby of the fitness center houses a bevy of wellness-related information including: health-related books, pamphlets, periodicals, videos, health recommendations from Trust Pharmacy. Additionally, workshops are presented throughout the year on various issues including reproductive health, AIDS, substance abuse, nutrition, and exercise. NOTE: PARTICIPATION IN MARYGROVE COLLEGE WELLNESS AND/OR RECREATION ACTIVITIES IS VOLUNTARY.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Exercise Tips
Head to the fitness center. Marygrove College provides students, faculty and staff with fitness center facilities that you can take advantage of for free. Head to the gym between classes or when you get up in the morning to squeeze in a workout.
Play a sport. One way to get you motivated to exercise is to make it a game by playing a sport. Join an intramural team or play recreational sports at Marygrove to get active and have fun at the same time.
